We have facilitated the return or exchange process for you through the following procedures.

Time period policy for returning or replacing purchases:

You can make a return request for (Apple Shoes) products within 14 days in cases of manufacturing defects from the date of the invoice

Refund or exchange policy:

This policy applies to the product being in its packaging and in the same condition as when purchased.

Upon return, all accessories and gifts received with the product must be returned in its original packaging.

Products that have a factory defect can be exchanged for the same or another item.

Procedures and locations of return and exchange:

The customer can return or replace purchases from all branches of (Apple Shoes) for free, provided the condition mentioned in Article 2 above is fulfilled.

The original purchase invoice must be attached when starting the procedures for exchanging products.

The products must be in the good condition they were sold on.
Please note that the time limit is according to the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and in cases of offers, the conditions for offers will apply.
