By ordering products through our website, you confirm your desire to enter into a contract with us in order to purchase those products at the prices indicated on the date and time on which you place the order. You place an order to purchase the products that you choose from on the site by clicking on the “Confirm Order” button in the last process of order output. During the order process, we will ask you to complete your payment details. You must complete all the spaces indicated in front of them as necessary (this includes giving us your valid phone number and email address), and we will then send an email to confirm receipt, order details, and delivery charges which are added to the purchase price (if applicable).
We reserve the right to change product prices from time to time, for example during periods when promotional offers are made on products or if products are incorrectly priced. If the actual price of the products at the time of your order is higher than the price mentioned to you, we will contact you to obtain your directions regarding the process before accepting the purchase from us.

Delivery / collection
You can choose either to deliver the products to your address or to provide them in one of our stores for you to receive them from here. If you choose to receive the products from one of our stores, you will be asked to choose the store that suits you, and we have the right to select a specific store only to receive the order from it or the product you purchased.
If you choose to have the products delivered to you, please note that delivery fees and times vary depending on the type of products ordered and the delivery address.
If you choose the cash on delivery service, orders may only be opened after approval and payment.
If we are unable to comply with the Shipping & Delivery date, we will contact you as soon as we can to schedule another estimated date.
We will inform you when the order will be ready for collection or delivery at the address, as appropriate.
If you wish to receive it in one of our stores, you must receive the order within 7 working days of informing you that the order is ready, and in the event that the order is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the order without the need for any notification, return the products to stores and refund the amount to the card from which you paid and we are not responsible for Any banking procedures may delay that.

You have the right – within fourteen days from the date of purchase and receipt of the product, to claim a full refund for any product that is synthetically defective or incorrectly connected.

The replaced products must be returned with their packaging and identification card upon completion of the purchase process and attached to the original purchase receipt, or retrieval unless there are defects made for the safety of our customers or were delivered in the wrong way.
