The policy of payment and receipt of money:

Products purchased on the spot may be subject to VAT or other taxes applicable in Egypt.

The price of the products will always be as stipulated except for an obvious mistake.

Although we make every effort to ensure the correct prices shown on the website, an error may occur if we discover that there is an error in the price of any of the products you ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will provide you with the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it if we are unably Contacting you, the order will be considered canceled, and all amounts paid to you will be fully refunded.

We are not obligated to provide you with any product at an incorrect lower price even if we send a shipping confirmation if the error in the price is evident and can reasonably be identified as an incorrect price.

All prices on the website include value-added tax, but do not include delivery fees, which are added to the total price.

Prices may change at any time, however, except as stipulated, these changes will not affect the orders that we sent the order confirmation to.

Once you have selected all the goods that you want to buy, they will be added to your cart. The next step will be to process the order and make payment to complete it, You must follow the steps of the purchasing process, providing the required information, or confirming it at every step. You can amend your order details during the purchase process and before payment.

The amount will be deducted from your card when you click on “Authorize Payment”.

When you click on “authorize payment”, you confirm that the credit card is your card. Credit cards are subject to verification and authorization by the card issuer. If the institution does not allow payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or failure in delivery, and we will not be able to enter into any contract with you.

How to refund the amounts due:

For products that have been delivered, we will fully refund the value of the product subject to return, and this applies to the following cases:

Products that are defective or that are not described on the site if the reason for the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as an error in pricing or description, or delay in delivery beyond the agreed date, etc.
And for all other cases, we will refund the value of the product subject to return (excluding the fees that were paid to ship the product to you), provided that you bear the cost of the fees for returning the product to us.

For products that have not been delivered, you are entitled to receive full value if you cancel the purchase order in accordance with the clause
The refund will be the same as how you paid it.

Procedures for a refund:

If you have paid the value in cash on delivery, we will return the value to your e-wallet.

If you paid the value by credit card, you can choose between returning the amount to the credit card or placing it in your electronic wallet.

If you have paid the value under your Fawry account, we will return the value to you.

When will the amount be returned:

The amount will be returned to you at the same time we received and examined the product in our Customer Goods Preparation Center, and your final payment will be received as follows:

The amount will be returned to your credit card within thirty (30) days from the day we received the returned product at our customer goods preparation center.

The amount will be returned to your account in Fawry, and this is done by returning the amount immediately after we receive the product at our customer goods preparation center, and the product is examined by us, or if you cancel the purchase order before the shipping date, the amount will be returned to you automatically.
