Shipping and delivery policies
Please note that the official working hours are from Sunday to Thursday, with the exception of public holidays, as delivery times vary according to the chosen governorate for delivery.
Delivery to the door of the house:
The delivery time starts from the day of the order until the first attempt of one of the shipping company employees to deliver the product from ten in the morning until six in the evening from Sunday to Thursday.

Delivery Centers:
The product must be ordered before 2 pm, otherwise, the delivery date will be extended to an additional working day.
You can make a return request within 14 days in cases of manufacturing defects from the time the request is received.
When returning the product, make sure that all the accessories for the order are in their proper condition and that the product is in its original package.

You can cancel the purchase order immediately before shipping the product for any reason

Delay in delivery: If our delivery of the product is delayed for reasons beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of this, and we will take steps to reduce the delay in delivery.
If there is no person at your address to receive the product, we will inform you in time on how to deliver or receive the product.
If you are unable to receive the product from us as agreed, or you are unable to reschedule the delivery of the product after it was not possible to deliver it to you at your address, we will contact you for further instructions.
We will cancel your order in accordance with the terms of sale presented when we are unable to contact you or arrange for a new date for delivery or receipt despite our continuous efforts in this regard.
Availability of products:
All orders are pending product availability. In this context, if any difficulties arise regarding the provision of products or there are no longer remaining goods in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information on alternative products of the same quality and value or higher so that you can request them. If you do not wish to order replacement products, we will reimburse you for any amount paid.
Delivery:
Delay may occur for reasons such as the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances or related to the delivery area of the order. If we are not able to comply with the delivery date, we will inform you of this situation and we will give you the option to continue the purchase, set a new delivery date, or cancel the order with a full refund.
Delivery is proven by signing the order receipt through you or through any person at the delivery address specified by you if the delivery terms are met, such as being at the same address and having the required cash value.
